DSU Cooperative Extension The DSU Small Farms Program also has specialists in the following areas: ~Aquaculture ~Small Ruminants ~Small Flocks ~Home & Commercial Horticulture ~Farm & Risk Management as well as a wide range of extension educators and agents covering a diverse variety of topics. The Small Farms Program was designed to provide small and limited resource farmers with new opportunities. We offer outreach services, technical assistance, and provide research based information.
