Darryl L. Rivers is a U.S. Military Veteran and a retired Law Enforcement professional. He served as an Officer with the Detroit Police Department, a Detective with the Arizona Department of Corrections, A Lead Special Agent with the Arizona Office of the Attorney General, and a Sergeant with the Goodyear Police Department. He also served as a civilian Public Education Specialist with the Peoria Police Department. He is an Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training certified General Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and Physical Fitness Instructor. He served as a Department Crisis/Hostage Negotiator assigned to the Special Assignment Unit, Crisis Negotiations Team. Darryl is the founder and CEO of Darryl L. Rivers L.E.A.D. Consulting LLC / The L.E.A.D. Company. He has held leadership positions with multiple organizations, U.S. Military, State and local law enforcement agencies. He is the founder and leader of several non-profit organizations and mentors non-profit leaders in several states from Arizona to New Jersey.
