Confluence Cycle and Yoga

We are an indoor cycling, yoga and fitness studio in the business of personal transformation. Conveniently located in Cleveland Heights. Confluence is an indoor cycling and yoga studio in Cleveland Heights in the heart of Coventry Village. As experienced cyclists, “We bring the outdoors inside.” Taught differently from a typical spin class, our aim is to encourage and develop strong and proper form on a bicycle. We ride with intensity and authenticity in our indoor cycling classes to create strength and endurance. Similarly, our certified yoga instructors strive to bring optimal alignment to the mat for a safe, eye-opening experience. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The confluence of an energetic indoor cycle ride with an introspective yoga practice creates a synergistic bliss not achieved by a single activity.
