The official Facebook page of the City of St. Cloud, Minnesota's Aging Services Department- including Greater St. Cloud Area RSVP and Whitney Senior Center Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. WSC Building Hours: Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m.-12 noon The City of St. Cloud Aging Services Department, including Greater St. Cloud Area RSVP and Whitney Senior Center is located on the Whitney Center campus. RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) connects active adults, age 55 and better, with meaningful volunteer opportunities which address local community needs. Whitney Senior Center (WSC) is a community-oriented organization providing a variety of social and educational opportunities for people predominantly age 55 and over in the St. Cloud metropolitan area. Together, WSC and RSVP fulfill the mission of the Aging Services Department: providing visionary leadership to the community and citizens age 55 and older through opportunities which promote healthy, active and successful aging in the St. Cloud Greater community.
