Chosen Remnant Christian Ministries About Us Anthony and Margaret Sowemimo are both ordained ministers of the gospel. They both attended the Apostolic School of Ministry in Atlanta to- better equip them for ministry and have both had opportunities to serve in different areas of the ministry. In 1992 the Lord gave the vision of a ministry that will reach out to the Broken Hearted as well as those held captive by the enemy. In September of 1999, the Lord instructed them to start the ministry and by October 1, Chosen Remnant Ministries was born. Chosen Remnant held their first meeting on October 1, 1999 at the Ron Anderson Community Center, Powder Springs, Georgia. By much miraculous manifestations in their ministry, they are fully persuaded there is nothing too hard for God to do! Chosen Remnant Ministries, holds Christian men & women conferences every quarter as well as prophetic workshops at the Hilton/ Marietta Conference Center, Georgia. Anthony and Margaret Sowemimo are available to minister by invitation across the nations of the world. They are passionate about people hearing God for themselves. Their Prophetic workshops are designed to activate the gift of prophecy. Margaret and Anthony believe everyone has the ability to hear God, if we all developed the gift. Margaret, especially, travels nationally and internationally to minister and organize or participate in prophetic workshops. As part of their vision, they are raising children who would impact their generation for Christ through the establishment of Orphanages in Kenya and Nigeria (West Africa); a feeding program for the less fortunate and a training and restoration center. Currently, the Orphanage dream has six orphans in Kenya being supported financially. Margaret and Anthony are in relationship with some other ministers whom they are accountable to in ministry. They believe to stay balanced in ministry, it is important to have such relationships. They also believe strongly in Team Ministry and have a dynamic team that ministers with them. These are people who give of their time and others who support the ministry. Margaret and Anthony continue to be obedient to the leading of the spirit as He continues to expand the ministry. They believe in living holy, and that Christians are called to be light and salt for this generation.
