As an IWHLC, I believe that people have all that they need inside of them to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. I simply provide the guidance, tools and techniques to give people clarity and focus. This allows individuals to have more options and to keep themselves accountable. The intent is for me to work in tandem with primary care physicians, therapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, etc to make sure everything that a client is working on is integrated into creating balance and wholeness in their lives.
