Packchella celebrates Comedy Music as a diverse and wide ranging genre and the Pack Theater as the home of the best comedians and shows in LA.

FRIDAY APRIL 27th

8pm The $1.000000 Identify That Song Game Show! with Kash Abdulmalik
The Classic Game Show that didn’t rip off Name That Tune, but rather is a completely original concept! The host of the original 1970’s phenomenon, Red “Hosty” Benson, and the original band leader ‘Sheldon “Band Leader” Green’ are back together to grill real contestants on their knowledge of comedy and parody music from the 50’s to Present Day. The best song identifier of the night will walk away with the entire $1 jackpot!

9pm PackTV Unplugged
Bust out the Doc Martens and light some candles, because everyone's favorite 90's show parody that's really a flimsy pretense to highlight some of the best musical comedy in LA is back! Lineup announcements coming soon!

1030PM This is Dark Matters
Dark Matters’ Packchella show will be a night of comedy, call-ins, and never-before-heard music. Rich Devletian, our Music Director will be joined by an orchestra and a psychic as we attempt to complete Schubert’s Unfinished 8th Symphony with help from the maestro himself FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE!
Your hosts, Franky and Michael, will confront a FAMOUS SPECIAL GUEST over the real meaning of DARK MATTERS. You won’t want to miss it.

Go Sketch Yourself is the weekly sketch open mic where ANYONE can submit their sketches, bits, characters and videos; GoSketchChella is the annual Packchella/GSY sketch open mic with a focus on musical submissions! If you want to perform a bit, musical sketch, song, musical character, video, or just regular sketch (we always accept regular sketch!) as a part of PackChella!

SATURDAY APRIL 28th

7pm: Fernandez and Roses Sketch That Tune: 56th Anniversary Celebrity Spectravanganza
For 56 Years Andrew Fernandez and Michael Rose have entertained you in your living rooms, casinos, cruise ships and black box comedy theaters. A national institution, Sketch That Tune has been swinging to the hits and making you laugh all while bringing our super famous celebrity pals along for the ride. Join Fernandez and Rose as they celebrate their 56th year in show business with the creme de la creme of Hollywood, the funniest musical comedians, the most hilarious sketch comedy and the best damn musicians in town, baby! It's Fernandez and Roses Sketch That Tune: 56th Anniversary Celebrity Spectravanganza!!"

8pm: Dr: God
Dr. God performs their unique brand of improvisational comedy called The Revival with celebrity guests who deliver monologues as inspiration for the improv on the 4th Saturday of every month at 9pm at The Pack Theater.

9pm: Skinner Alive
Eliza Skinner combines stand-up comedy and improvised music to create a one-of-a-kind show that you have to see to believe.
With musical director Sam Johnides.
Ron Funches recently tweeted that Eliza is “one of the best overall performers I’ve ever seen.” Todd Glass said of her, “You will fall in love with her. No bullshit, every time I see her work I’m truly amazed”. Aparna Nancherla said "Eliza Skinner is one of my favorite comedians and people. She is an absolutely charming performer who can do it all: joke, sing, write, act, improvise, rap, goof with the best of 'em. You will be truly delighted and magically surprised by her inner comedic world, as I am constantly!" Patton Oswalt named her as one of his favorite young comedians in his Reddit AMA and Time Out LA called her a "Comedian To Watch".

Blazing Saddles. Young Frankenstein. The Producers. Mel Brooks has created some of the most iconic comedies in film history... and we're going to strip to them!

12pm: The Scramble
It’s a variety show with a live band, sketch, stand up, improv, and clown with comics from Comedy Central, Last Comic Standing, Flophouse on Vice, TPT, UCB, iO, and even some international acts.

7pm: Packstage Passes
It’s A Night of Musical Improv at the Pack!
Join your host musical improv team THE LIVE SESSIONS as they bring you a night of musical improv from a variety of comedic performers.

8pm: Solo Must Die: A Star Wars Musical with Ari Stidham
Just before the release of the highly anticipated Solo: A Star Wars Story, fans will have an opportunity to revisit their favorite space smuggler as he sings and dances his troubles away in this new musical comedy.
Somewhere in between A New Hope and The Empires Strikes Back, Han Solo crash lands in Cloud City and is torn between his smuggler past and his new status as a galactic hero. His crash disturbs one of Vader’s underlings, Grand Moff Levine, who hopes to rise above his station, replace Lando Calrissian, and impress Darth Vader by killing Han Solo. An untold adventure awaits Han as he navigates through his past lovers, the Empire, and visions of Leia— he must find himself and make it alive because no matter what… Solo Must Die!

10:30pm: Music of Sketch Night!
The Pack Theater’s cutting edge sketch teams join together for one amazing show combining sketch comedy, laughter and music. Closing out the powerhouse Packchella Comedy Music Festival, its The Music of Sketch Night!
