LOCATION
Enjoy a Sunday morning practice overlooking the ocean and nearby La Jolla cliffs at Cuvier Park. It s one of the most beautiful places to practice yoga and mindfulness together.
WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga mat
• Yoga blanket or large towel – helpful to place under your yoga mat (the ground may be damp)
• Extra layers if it s cold
• Water
• Sunscreen/sunglasses as needed
WHAT TO EXPECT
Plenty of street parking should be available. Please allow yourself a few extra moments to set up. Please bring your yoga mat and a large towel or yoga blanket to place under your mat when you arrive. The grass is watered and may be damp in the morning.
These sessions are open to all levels. You do not need to have any prior experience with yoga. We will offer a variety of options – this is your practice. Take whatever options serve your practice at that moment, and modify or skip as needed.
