Join us at the Take It Outside: Outdoor Cooking Expo!

Visit our indoor and outdoor stations to learn cooking techniques and recipes for a variety of meals you could make this year.

Outside stations include Dutch oven cooking, open fire cooking, smoking, grilling, backpack cooking, and deep frying. Inside stations will feature local garlic and honey, a CSA, local maple syrup, cast iron care, food rubs, spices, sauces, marinades, and more.

The expo is family and kid friendly. There will be hands-on activities for children at some stations, as well as door prizes.
