FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no ID requirements. Must be 18 or older to attend.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is ample free parking at Bates. The location is also accessible by public transit.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please do not bring children as space is limited. Service animals ok, pets prohibited.
You are encouraged to bring a notepad, business cards and any other marketing materials you may want to hand out to potential clients, partners, vendors, etc.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may transfer your ticket to a second party with prior written or verbal notice to the organizer. This allows for less mix-up upon entry.
Can I update my registration information?
Once you have registered the information is final. If you would like to update it please send an email with the title: Change to Registration. In the body of the email, please include the changes you want made.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you have preregistered you do not have to bring your ticket.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
You must submit written notice by Sept 26th to the organizer regarding the transfer.
