Optimal Health For You and For Your Baby

You’re invited to learn more about how to improve your health, your family’s well-being and support your pregnancy in a class taught by Dr. Michelle Green D.C. Studies have shown that chiropractic can decrease your discomfort throughout your pregnancy and decrease the chance of having to deliver by cesarean section. Learn how this is possible! You’ll also learn how to maintain optimal posture throughout and after your pregnancy, to ensure proper positioning of your baby for labor and avoid injury to you. You’ll leave with tips on sitting and sleeping during pregnancy, tools to decrease discomfort, and breastfeeding positions to maintain optimal health for you postpartum. You’ll also discover the role your nervous system plays in pregnancy/postpartum healing, how your child’s nervous system develops, and how you can keep your baby’s nervous system healthy pre and post birth in this fun, educational talk.
