Chef Michael Schulson’s restaurant, Monkitail at The Diplomat Beach Resort, is excited to announce that the restaurant is now open 7 days a week! Monkitail offers guests a contemporary take on the classic izakaya, featuring small plates to share and sushi as well as several specialty cocktails and saké. To celebrate Monkitail being open 7 days a week, the restaurant has fun new promotions for guests to enjoy, such as “Maki Mondays”, where guests can indulge in $8 Maki Rolls like Baked Sea Bass, House Vegetable, Eel Avocado and Blue Crab California. The restaurant will also be featuring “Sake Tuesdays”, where guests can pay $35 for 300ml Sake Bottles such as Takeuchi Suzo, “Ko’s Hana”, Suzuki Shuzo “Hideyoshi Namacho” and Kikusui Shuzo “Perfect Snow”, to name a few.
