ONLINE VERSION Oceanfront Beginners Guided Meditation Class with Shelly Tygielski

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Learn to live life with a new mindset at this (almost) weekly meditation gathering, with the "Sand Tribe" and classes led by Shelly Tygielski. Hundreds of likeminded people come together in the most amazing setting representing all levels of meditation experience. We learn how to breathe, relax, chill and just be present. No "hokey" stuff - it's all straightforward and secular.
This community "accidentally" started with just 12 friends in November 2015, and has now grown to over 15,000 friends.
