ONLINE: Reinventing Leftovers (08-06-2020 starts at 11:00 AM)
In this class, I will cook, and you will watch me as I transform one dish into 4 new versions. This class is all about FLAVORS -- and how to use flavors and sauces to build on the ones already in the dish.
Watch how I change leftovers from one cuisine to another simply by adding new flavors, a sauce and serving the dish with a specific garnish starting with:
Italian > Greek > Middle Eastern > Indian > and ending with Thai.
1) Our first round will be Italian sautéed veggies with Chicken, Fish or Tofu.
2) To this, we will add and taste another layer of flavors. I will share why this works.
3) We will continue this and end with a total of 5 versions.
Along the way, I will share tips and techniques.
