This class is designed for those looking to feel strong, balanced, but not overwhelmed, exhausted and defeated after a workout.
We'll move you through short intervals of light to moderate cardio with or without light weights, incorporate resistance bands, and lastly bring you down to the mat for a cool down.
The class is ALWAYS held in a small-group format, with plenty of personal attention and caters to all trimesters, levels, and postpartum. Babies welcome!
