Many with thyroid imbalances are highly intuitive and lose energy from their throat chakra because they know things that can’t always be expressed. Join this class to explore Thyroid Health on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and learn how to support your thyroid through nutrition, emotional patterns related to the thyroid and energy blocks in the throat chakra. This workshop will support you if you are being treated for Thyroid health and still not feeling yourself or if you have thyroid symptoms such as weight loss resistance, chronic fatigue, hoarse voice, cold hands and feet, brain fog, hair loss, dry skin, constipation and in need of relief. This session also includes samples of my favorite healthy baked snacks that are gluten free, dairy free and low sugar.
