This event (hosted by Thrive Training Ltd) is for anyone interested in wellbeing and resilience, including all WeWork members! We will discuss how the Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi) combined with positive psychology and mindfulness can be applied to support wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.

Please join us for talks, drinks and lively conversation. It's free! And there's more; all those who attend will be offered a free:

  • Resilience Quotient Inventory™ (RQi) - A psychometric profile, with a 25-page personalised report highlighting your resilience strengths and development opportunities (worth $95)
  • Positive psychology card pack with proven activities for enhancing wellbeing and resilience (worth $25)

The RQi is a fully validated online psychometric test that provides a detailed measure of resilience for individuals and teams. It measures beliefs, behaviours and environmental factors that enable people to cope well under stress and bounce back from adversity. The RQi was launched in the UK in 2017 and is being used by senior management teams in high profile organisations such as Microsoft, Merck, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Experian, Imperial College London, and the UK Law Society.
