NURSES COUNTING STEPS - Meet Up

NAHN Westchester has chosen the "Bicycle Sundays" event to host the NURSES COUNTING STEP series. The NURSES COUNTING STEPS is a Walking/ Running club for NAHN Westchester members and their guest. We will have 2 groups- Walkers & Runners. Our goal is to encourage our members to make physical activity part of their lifestyle and increase the sense of community in our members. 

We encourage our members with their guest to come out and enjoy the morning with us. We will wait till 10:15 before we start walking to the Bronx River Parkway. Please e-mail NAHNWestchester@gmail.com if have any inconvenience the day of or call  646-801-5530.

About "Bicycle Sundays"

Bicycle Sundays are a beloved Westchester tradition since 1974. Over 60,000 participants each year bike, walk, and jog a 13.1 mile loop of the Bronx River Parkway from White Plains to Yonkers.

For over 40 years, since community leaders recognized the importance of environmental preservation and promotion of a healthy, fit lifestyle, people have gathered on Sundays in May, June, and September to join the traffic-free route.
