Join Mr. Escobar (Lighthouse Coordinator), administrators and key staff members in a brief, introductory overview of Leader in Me. Participants will:
    • Discuss common school challenges and district/state-wide initiatives
    • Rediscover your “why” and passion as an educator
    • Discover 5 Core Paradigms of the Leader in Me framework
    • Tour a school and learn about the Leader in Me model, process, and global community
