PROGRAM FOR THE EVENING
Big Blind Burgundian Blowout
Our February program is all about wines made from the Burgundian grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Lisa Tussing, Level II Sommelier, will lead us in a fun program comparing these wines made from different regions and in different styles.
We will taste the wines in pairs with their identities concealed. Lisa will guide us in how a sommelier evaluates a wine to surmise its identity, before revealing our wines to see how well we did.
Along the way, Lisa will entertain us with stories of her sommelier training and certification. This is a great opportunity to expand your wine knowledge! Your friends will have Pinot envy!
