Nob Hill Walking Tour

his tour is a walking tour of the history of Nob Hill. We will meet at Grace in front of the outdoor labyrinth and discuss the history and process of the walk. From there we will discuss the history and the architecture of the church. Once we enter the church we will view various permanent and traveling rotating art exhibits. The tour guide will suggest locations for photo opportunities.

From there we will walk past Huntington park towards the Fairmont Hotel, Nob Hill. The Fairmont also has an extensive history to include surviving an earthquake, WW11, and hosting the conference the founded the United Nations. We will tour the Cirque room, the first bar to open following the prohibition. The tour will lead up to the rooftop garden for a photo opportunity.
