We are anticipating that our annual A Nghtmare On Van Ness Halloween event will be occurring as planned. If there are any unexpected changes, we will send an email to all ticket buyers. In case of event cancellation full refunds will be issued. The last year have certainly been an unprecedented time for each and every one of us. Our primary focus at our events will continue to be to uphold the very highest standards of health and safety protocols. With minds at ease, we can all get back to celebrating life with the people we love.Our company’s foundation and purpose from the very beginning has been to help create the best experiences for our guests. Today, SF Events, along with phenomenal staff, partners and vendors, feels called to do that now more than ever. Over the weeks and days ahead, we believe we can make the greatest positive impact in the San Francisco Bay area by doing what we do best – serving our community with the highest possible level of entertainment and hospitality.NOTE: Keeping the safety and well being of our staff, customers, partners and vendors at the highest level is our priority. This event is expected to follow CDC and San Francisco county guidelines with social distancing and masks if and when necessary. If there are any unexpected changes, we will send an email to all ticket buyers. There are no refunds if you miss the boat or decide not to attend. If taking BART please see the Civic Center BART Station as it is closest to The Regency Ballroom.There is a MUNI Bus Stop for the 47 (Van Ness) and the 49 (Mission/Van Ness) directly outside The Regency Ballroom. Additional MUNI Bus Lines that are within a few blocks:1 (California), 2 (Clement), 3 (Jackson), 4 (Sutter), 19 (Polk) and 38 (Geary).There are plenty of public and private parking lots in the vicinity of The Regency Center. There is also limited street parking. A couple of private parking lots include: Holiday Inn – Located at 1500 Van Ness Avenue ( 24-Hour Garage). Please call hotel directly for parking rates.What can I bring into the event? For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do NOT bring the following items to the event: Large backpacks / Food / Beverages (aclohol, cans, bottles) / Weapons (of any kind) / Professional Cameras (any cameras with a detachable lens) / Illegal drugsWhat's the refund policy? All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.Where is General Admission Entry vs VIP Entry? General Admission entrance is thru 1290 Sutter Street, and all VIP ticket holders, and Table Service reservations are entering thru 1300 Van Ness Avenue.Do you allow re-entry? Is there designated smoking area? Absolutely no ins and outs. Once your ticket has been scanned you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the venue without paying full price for a ticket again. The only exception is our smoking section. Smoking section is located outside the venue on Van Ness Avenue. We try to open the smoking section as soon as possible; but have to wait for enough patrons to enter the venue. We are usually able to open it an hour or so after door have opened.Do you have a coat check? Yes. The coat check is accessible upstairs, near the men’s restroom. Costs $3 per item.
