Emilia-Romagna is the region of Italy that is home to some of its most iconic ingredients, including the “King of Cheeses” Parmigiano-Reggiano, as well as Balsamic Vinegar di Modena and Prosciutto di Parma! Most people consider it the food “Mecca” of Italy.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with an Italian appetizer and a glass or wine or beer. Prosecco anyone? Then, you will be given instructions and recipes and work with the chef to make a wonderful Italian meal. Like all of our classes, you will be fully involved and engaged. No sitting around just watching the chef. Everything you eat, will be made by your own hands.
