Let's Slow Things Down To Get Our Bodies & Minds ALIGNED!!!

Join us as we link our bodies with the rhythm of our breath.

We will go over some of my favorite handpicked gentle poses infused with some of the best neosoul sounds to leave you feeling centered and refocused!

We will be listening to some of the best songs from artist such as Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, India Arie, Marsha Ambrosia, Anthony Hamilton, Musiq Soulchild, Solange, AND SO MANY MORE!!!!!

We will follow up this yoga flow with some intentional journaling to "plant new seeds to birth our wishes and desires"
