Neighborhood NAWBO Pop-Up Meeting
Join us for this small group in-person event with a goal to connect with other women business owners in a safe environment. The Neighborhood NAWBO Pop-Up has no agenda to allow us to connect and converse. Each location has been selected because it is a woman-owned restaurant in our local communities that has been affected by the pandemic- maybe even having to close and re-open.
This month we'll be supporting Melody Eklin's Sweetest Season Artisan Eatery at 1835 E Guadalupe in Tempe.
Melody Eklin is the founder, chef and owner of Sweetest Season Artisan Eatery, in Tempe, Arizona. Melody is a former Sun Devil Women's Basketball Champion, who graduated from Arizona State University in 2002, and drafted by the WNBA Portland Fire. She began her culinary career as a teenager in her grandfather's restaurant, and has been heavily influenced by her grandmother's talent for baking.
Deeply involved in her community, she began her flagship brand at the local Farmers Market, quickly growing to serve five community farmers markets before opening her first brick and mortar bakery. Joining forces with her husband, restaurateur, Todd Elkin, together they continually build, launch and grow culinary concepts, programs, classes and consulting services to culinary entrepreneurs at all levels of development.
NAWBO Phoenix will not be charging a fee for this event and encourages you to purchase from our host during the event.

Although there is no charge for this event-please register so we can maintain social distancing guidelines, we have limited space available. There is an outdoor patio, and if needed due to weather, we can safely social distance inside as well.
As we seek to enjoy each other-let's bless other women business owners in our community at the same time!
Wear your mask! Registration strictly limited to meet CDC guidelines for safety.
