Register today for the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation's 2018 national conference, taking place this November 2-4 in the heart of downtown Denver.

Regular registration is $450, and be sure to register before November 2nd when the $550 late rate goes into effect! Our rate for full-time students is just $250.

Over 3,000 people, from dozens of countries, have attended our biennial national and regional events, and we're expecting more than 400 again this year!

NCDD conferences bring together hundreds of the most active, thoughtful, and influential people involved in public engagement and group process work across the U.S. and Canada. Our conferences aren’t just about having fun and enjoying the company of our field’s movers and shakers. They’re about forming new partnerships, strategizing together about how we can tackle our field’s greatest challenges, showcasing some of the coolest arts, technologies, and methods for public engagement — and so much more.

The extreme partisan rancor of our current political environment, coupled with the continuous tragedies around gun violence and so much more, have many in this country calling for the need to be able to better listen to each other with more understanding and civility, to work more effectively across differences, and to improve the way people engage in democracy.

So for the 2018 conference, we're making space to dig deep into how we can bring the work of dialogue, deliberation, and public engagement out from what seems like the “fringes” and into greater visibility and use. There are so many valuable processes and resources in our field, and we’ll explore how we can make this work more commonplace and bring it into widespread practice.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify NCDD Office Manager Joy Garman via email (joy@ncdd.org) before October 15th. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a 15% processing fee plus any Eventbrite or PayPal fees incurred. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 15th, though substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds will be processed after the conference has been held.
