NORTH CAROLINA CENTRAL UNIVERSITY • FRATERNITY & SORORITY LIFE *Membership Intake Orientation (MIO) sessions offered during Fall 2019 semester* NCCU students who are seeking membership in a fraternity, sorority, or social fellowship are required to attend Membership Intake Orientation (MIO). MIO consist of a review of the university’s membership intake guidelines, academic and judicial requirements, hazing policies and their rights and responsibilities as a student. NO EXCEPTIONS! Class Expectations and Rules: o Arrive early to be on time to class: o Check-in starts 30 minutes prior to start time o If you arrive fifteen (15) minutes after the class start time, you will be marked absence from the class and will have to reschedule for another date. o Bring necessary materials to class (student ID, pencil, pen and paper) o Be attentive and participate in class o Respect others and their property NO Refunds, Exchange, or Credit.
