Every year, the pace of life seems to get faster. Technological, political, and productivity changes happen more quickly and more drastically. The anxiety and stress of adapting can be overwhelming. This year in particular promises to be a big year of change - from the presidential election to the unsettling course of climate chang.
In this experiential workshop, we explore how deep connection to ourselves and to others can help us more successfully navigate these changes. You'll experience new ways of connecting during the event and walk away with tools and techniques for creating connection in your everyday life.
The event involves gentle movements and are modifiable to each person's needs. We recommend wearing soft comfy clothing. Ticket: $10
