Natural Cider & Belcampo Charcuterie Pairing at Minimo

Minimo natural wine & cider shop hosts a cider and charcuterie pairing in the Jack London district of Oakland. Three small-production American ciders, all made with native yeast fermentation, will be paired with charcuterie from Belcampo. Oakland-based Belcampo is a ranch-to-table leader in organic meats, nationally recognized for regenerative farming practices and compassionate animal husbandry--and their artisan charcuterie is fantastic with cider!
