National Beer Run Day | 2020 MN Brewery Running Series

We are the Minnesota Brewery Running Series and we run for beer!

Join us on Friday, July 3 for a 5k-ish course and finish with a local MN Beer to celebrate NATIONAL BEER RUN DAY!

Take your pick from any of the participating locations (listed below). Get access to our 5k course that starts and ends at the taproom and then celebrate your accomplishment by enjoying a FREE pint at the taproom, or $5 off a purchase of beer to go!

Weave through the surrounding area at whatever pace you like, no matter what theres a beer waiting for you at the finish line!

Here's how it works:

1. Register for this event
2. Keep an eye out - your access to select your course and claim your brewery voucher will be sent via email after you register. You do not need to pre-select your preferred brewery.
3. Go for a BEER RUN at whatever time works for you on Friday, Jul 3
4. Complete the course, get a beer! Your registration earns you a FREE Pint at the taproom or $5 off a purchase of beer to go*
5. Share a pic a tag us @MNBreweryRun and use the hashtag #runforbeermn #nationalbeerrunday for your chance to win some sweet prizes, like a VIP Package of MN Brewery Running Series event registrations, a 4pack of OnUp Protein Water, a week's supply of Clif Bars, a goodie pack from our friends at Brewing A Better Forest, or a $20 gift card to your fav MN Brewery!

We are all about being active, having fun and giving back to our local community. Since our inaugural event (the Brewery Running Series was founded in Minnesota in 2012), we have been able to donate over $160,000 back to local nonprofits. This event will add to that tally! 10% of all proceeds goes directly to WBC and Northside Funders to support Northside businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 and the recent uprising.

Important details:

• This is an untimed, 5k-ish fun-run. All levels of walkers, runners and joggers are welcome. You must be registered and agree to our wavier and release to participate.
• We create each route to start and end at the brewery and to show off the surrounding neighborhood.
• This is an open course, meaning roads will NOT be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations. You are running the course at your own risk and navigation.
• We will not be onsite. You can run anytime you wish on Friday, July 3
• You must bring a valid ID or driver's license. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the event, but you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly. (Registered, underage participants will receive a token for a FREE non-alcoholic beverage)
• Please plan ahead and check with the brewery for reservation requirements.
• Is public transit an option for you? Check and see if theres an accessible route nearby. We always encourage carpooling and safe, designated drivers.
