The Naptown Brass Band is a New Orleans style street band that is taking Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington by storm with their riotous renderings of old favorites and modern hits, all with the solid beat of pure, unadulterated fun. They return to the Ramshead for Mardi Gras, their signature celebration, after a year where they not only solidified their status as the go to brass band for the Baltimore/Washington music scene, but also took their act to the French Quarter of New Orleans. They blast out high energy grooves for dancing in the street, on the sea or wherever you happen to hear them; especially in their hometown of Annapolis. They are dedicated to exposing more of the world to the great tradition of New Orleans brass bands and second line beats, and will bring it all to you once again On Stage at the Ramshead for Fat Tuesday.
