Namaste Yoga with Carlie Sweeney - Philadelphia, PA 2020

Namaste Yoga introduces little yogis to the magic of yoga through asanas (postures) and breathing techniques designed to help them improve their body awareness, balance, and flexibility. Each week, students will enjoy yoga games, meditations, and yoga-based stories selected to help participants develop such essential early childhood skills as listening, focus, concentration, and self-regulation. Under the direction of EC’s own Carlie Sweeney, children will take the first step toward developing a love of a practice that is sure to enhance their well-being for a lifetime! (Extended Day coverage until 3:15 pm is included in the club’s price.) Note: This club will not meet on January 20 and February 17 as GFS is closed on those days.
