Namaaaste Witches Goat Yoga Benefit 9am: Namaaaste Goat Yoga

Namaaaste Witches! Are you an Elvira or a Hermione? Esmerelda or Harry Potter? Whatever your style, gather your wands and hats, grab your fellow witches and wizards jump on your mat and beckon the Halloween season with 2019 Namaaaste Witches Goat Yoga Benefit!  Join us to help the St. Francis Communty Center Food Pantry  by channeling your inner witch at this fundraiser! One in seven people in the United States suffer from food insecurity- meaning they don’t know when they’ll get their next meal. That’s a frightening situation, especially for families with young children, and especially during the holiday season. 30% of our ticket price for this fundraiser will go towards the food pantry as we apporach this holiday season.  So join the fun and dress like a witch or wizard and help cast a spell of giving and gratitude all while enjoying the zen of Namaaaste Goat Yoga.  There will be contests and prizes for *Best Adult Witches Costume (ages 16+, *Best Junior Witches Costume (ages 5-15), *Best Adult Witches Cackle, *Best Junior Witches Cackle, and *Best Group Witches Costume. 

About Namaaaste Goat: 

The goat in me honors the goat in you! A triple threat to de-stress, Namaaaste Goat Yoga is a great way to break from your normal mindset and reap the benefits of animal/laughter therapy and yoga!  Open to yogis of every skill level, Namaaaste Goat Yoga is not your typical but still relaxing form of beginner level yoga that always involves smiles, laughter, giggles and of course, goats! Our miniature goat breeds are just the right size (think Beagle-size or smaller) to jump on your back, snuggle in your lap or take a nap on your mat as you move through our certified instructor’s guidance. Watch your cares melt away with every goat touch and kiss. Beyond trendy, goat yoga is here to stay as many find unexpected joy in being in the moment and presence of goats.  

Our class sizes are small to maintain our above average human to goat ratio and your ticket reserves your spot.  Walk-ins are welcome if spots are available.  

Children aged 5+ are welcome. One ticket for each participant is required.  Anyone in the Goat Yoga class ring is considered a participant. Please see our FAQ for more information.

We receive a tremendous amount interest from people that just want to come visit and many of our attendees have no interest in actually doing yoga, EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TICKET. We limit each event's attendance so that everyone can have plenty of time during and after class to just enjoy the atmosphere and mingle with the goats. Paid guests that don't want to participate in the actual yoga activities are welcome to simply interact, cuddle, and take photos with our precious babies. But EVERYONE must purchase a ticket in order to visit. We want to respect the peacefulness of the practice and not disturb or distract those who have paid to practice.
