NAAAP SJ Women's Circle: How Can Women Support Each Other in Silicon Valley

Women are natural leaders in the workplace. We are intuitive, persistent and efficient. So why are there so few of us in the executive ranks of Silicon Valley companies?
The San Jose chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) has created a Women's Circle to address issues that affect Asian and Pacific Islander (API) women at the office. We will meet monthly in a small group setting to celebrate our successes and help each other navigate the tribulations we face at work.
