Myofascial Release Workshop with Elena
Join Elena for a 2-hour workshop where you will self-massage by utilizing and exploring myofascial release techniques. Myofascial release helps us feel better in our bodies by hydrating and unravelling holding patterns in our fascia (connective tissue) to restore range of motion and help alleviate tension. With the right props and enough surrender, we can soften and release tightly wound fascia. We will work systematically and purposefully through the body in this class, from head to toe, and end with a very gentle renew practice to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Come learn how you can use myofascial release for your overall well-being as an adjunct to your yoga practice! This workshop is for everyone, regardless of experience.
About Elena: In addition to my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training, I have completed multiple trainings in anatomy, biomechanics, and myofascial release under incredibly learned teachers. My goal is to use my knowledge to not only give you a healing experience, but also to give you the tools you need to be empowered in your self-care.
