If you love music and don’t know music theory, you’re doing yourself a great disservice. The more you understand the basics, the more you will appreciate your favorite songs and artists. The lesson is all about learning music theory. It covers basics, rhythm and meter, scales and key signatures, intervals, chords, It also has an excellent “ear training” exercise to listen to a sound and figure out the melody, rhythm, note, interval, scale, or chord. If students want to take ABRSM theory exam, it is also essential to learn music theory. Beginner Basic I-(8 weeks $160) Students will study to understand the music language and terms. Students will learn basic knowledge of music such as note recognition, writtern intervals, key signatures, sight reading and ear training. Intermediate I-(8 weeks $160) In this section, the student will continue to learn Solfeggio (wrritten intervals, pitch-melodic fragments, music dictation, articulation and developing sight.
