Enjoy live music and a guided meditation with the band "Somewhere in the Middle" at Ann Arbor's Red Yoga! "Somewhere in the Middle" is a musical group that combines east meets west music, with unique musical instruments and a folk feel. Trained meditation instructors will provide a guided meditation as musicians are playing to provide a relaxing and meditative experience. Unwind and relax at Red Yoga on Saturday February 16th.
