Learn the second step in the mushroom growing process - Grain inoculations

In this class students will learn how to:

- Hydrate grain and prepare grain jars

- Inoculate grain jars using agar plates that the student takes home

- Make a grain to grain transfers

- Make a grain to agar transfer that the student takes home

Students keep the cultures they make in class. This is a 3 hour class.

No previous experience is needed but this is a follow up class to the home lab skills class.
