MCCLA's Multicultural Arts Summer Youth Program provides students with an immersive experience in the artistic process. Our diverse and experienced teachers create dynamic learning experiences incorporating cultural art from around the world!
For the 29th consecutive year, the MCCLA will introduce children and youths (ages 7 to 13) to various artistic disciplines and local artists witha dynamic and entertaining summer program. Participants will develop hands-on experience with tools and materials related to the chosen artistic discipline, and will collaborate in a final exhibition and performance, entertaining their families and the local community. Participants will be pre-assigned to classes according to their area of interest and availability.
Classes offered include Yoga, Hip Hop, Art & Crafts, Theatre, Drumming, Printmaking, Photography, Fashion Design, Latin Grooves, and more! *Class availabilities are subject to change.
Lunch will be provided by DCYF.
AGES: 7 to 13
CAMP FEE: $500 for One 4-week Session
$50 Sibling Discount
Camp T-shirt included in the fee.
SCHEDULE:
1st Session: June 8th - July 3rd, 2020
2nd Session: July 6th - July 31st, 2020
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Doors open & check-in begins at 8:30 am
Program starts at 9:00 am
After Care • $15 per day • $300 for 4 Weeks
Monday to Friday • 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
