Mild and milky, smooth and silky: any way you stretch it, we love fresh mozzarella! In this class, we'll teach you the ways of creating your own mozzarella balls from curd.
First, we'll taste several samples of fresh pasta filata (pulled curd) style cheeses (think Mozzarella, Bufala, Burrata, oh my!). Then we'll all roll up our sleeves to turn curds into the beautiful balls that we know as fresh mozzarella. Enjoy unlimited pours of our house wines, and bring home your own mozzarella masterpiece.
Mozzarella Making is for ages 16 and up. Notification ahead of time for a person under 21 years of age is required for appropriate setup on our end. Non-alcoholic beverages are available in substitution of house wines.
