FAQs
What are the requirements in terms of physical ability for this class?
This class is open to people of any physical ability. This method is considered very safe. It consists mostly of gentle guided movement done sitting on a chair or lying on the floor. However, if you have significant health challenges or concerns it is important to communicate with the teacher so the movements and postures can be adjusted. It is also important to take responsibility for one's own well-being and avoid doing anything during the class that might cause pain or aggravate injury. In most cases, if you communicate your concerns to the teacher, a substitute movement can be found.
