At the Mothers and Babies Program, you will learn:
1. Ways to think about and interact with your baby to create an emotionally and physically healthy reality for him or her.
2. Helpful information about your pregnancy and your baby's development.
3. Ways to manage life stress and improve your mood so :
a. You can feel better and enjoy life more.
b. You can teach your baby how to manage life stress and he or she grows up.
c. You can avoid mood problems such as depression.
When: Every Tuesday from April 28th - June 2nd from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
***Must be able to attend all 6 sessions to the best of your ability (If unable to attend one of the sessions, you must let the instructor know prior to the class)
Limited space- Small group of 8 women per 6 week session ( if space fills up and you feel you need this support, please email nahmed@mhadallas.org)

Meetings are held online through Zoom
