More Than a Joke

A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim walk into a restaurant...While humor is sure to ensue, what happens is more than a joke! Join Tri-Faith Initiative and leaders from our faith partners Temple Israel, Countryside Community Church and American Muslim Institute as we discuss the common challenges and issues we face as well as the differences that make us unique.  Among our eight Tri-Faith values, we state that 'we believe it is important to purposefully nurture both humor and joy in our togetherness.'  And, well, we can laugh at ourselves and with one another and enjoy that the truth is funny all by itself.

Topic:  Wait, What Exactly Are We Fighting About Again?  Reflections on some of the most challenging issues that faith leaders deal with: conflict, war and violence.
