New Moon Sister Circle: Nourishing Your Heart Center

The new moon happens once every month and it signifies the start of the moon beginning a completely new cycle. This time of the month creates a “fresh start” feeling that’s almost impossible to ignore, and it’s this exciting energy that the “New Moon Sister Circle” is inspired from.
The theme of this month's circle is "Nourishing Our Heart Center". We will dive into having compassion, unconditional love, and forgiveness for both yourself and others.
During the circle, women will work towards setting personal health and wellness goals. This is a space for women to learn about new foods and products that are conducive to leading a healthy lifestyle. We will discuss the benefits of various foods and suggest ways to incorporate them into daily life. The circle is open all people who identify as women.
