New Moon Breathwork Circle

In this circle, we will be using a three part breathwork technique to relax the mind and gain access to the wisdom that lies within our bodies. Our bodies know where our energy is stagnant, our emotions are stuck, and blocks to happiness, love, and success exist. Our bodies also know all the potential we hold for transformation, manifestation, and creation. 

The first breath goes into the lower belly, stimulating the first and second chakras to shake up and move blocks to our life force and creativity. The second breath comes into the chest, pulling up from the first all that needs healing, so the heart can shower it in love. The third breath is an exhale to release and let it all go. 

When this active meditation is complete, you will feel clearer, lighter, more present, and at home in your body.  You will have created a clear channel within yourself to work with the New Moon energies.  This is a perfect time to forgive yourself and others, resolve situations from the prior month, set or renew intentions, begin projects, and invoke clarity in your life.  

All you need is an open mind, willing heart, and your mat.
