Jim Clifton and Dr. Jim Harter in their new book , “It’s the Manager” said, “You can’t be Agile without great mangers”. So what does this mean for your personal growth, teams, and businesses? How can a person’s strengths positively impact Agile organizations?

This presentation will be discussing ways to develop personal talents to become strengths and working with team barriers. When individuals work with their strengths, they will boost their personal performance as well as the team and company performance.

There will be a brief discussion on Strengths and team dynamics, as well as two activities on individual and team development. Please bring your top 5 strengths if you have these and if not your top 5 values for the activities.

Presenter Bio:

Trini Green is a Certified Gallup CliftonStrength's Coach. She specializes in working with individuals and teams. For the past eight years she has had the privilege to coach individuals and teams. In addition she has worked in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry for 20 years and have experienced a great deal of change and challenges that this industry faces.

Trini is passionate about helping people to be their best and building stronger more dynamic teams that excel as a group. As an experienced leadership coach, she has unique tools to help facilitate conversations and understanding within groups.
