Once a month meditation Meetup class! Free!

Please join Marilyn for a once a month, relaxing meditation class!

Marilyn is a certified meditation teacher through the Deepak Chopra Center!

This class is free and we are limiting the class to 15 attendees. You may sit in a chair or if you feel comfortable, you are welcome to sit on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing! There will be no food allowed. Please bring your own bottle of water.

We will be starting on time, so we appreciate everyone arriving at 7 p.m. The class will end between 7:45 and 8 p.m. We hope you can join us for a relaxing way to start your weekend and end your month!

The class will be held in the home of Marilyn, in Northridge California. Marilyn will email you her address one week before the event. Please note, Marilyn has two cats that live in the home. Please be aware of this if you have any pet allergies. She will have her pets in another room while she does the meditation. You must have met one of the organizers to attend this free event.
