Monroe County Games

This years Monroe County Games is going to be a little different we will be having indoor and outdoor events this year. This competition is open to RX and Scaled athletes of all abilities we are still a growing competion so this is more of an intermediate competiiton. Minimum movement standards will vary between Scaled and RX athetes. The minimum movement standards are for the first three events the final workouts may vary outside of the listed movement standards.

RX:

Athletes must be able to perform double unders, hang squat clean 155/105,

Scaled:

Must be able to perform single unders, forward lunges to full depth, hang squat clean 95/65,
