For the Monday night run, we're going to go at a nice, comfortable pace (est. 10:30 min pace) and try to keep the group together. That's the chills part. If you want some intensity, we're going to run up the big hill on Midvale, perhaps a few times. Of course, this is not a requirement, but if you want to get in some hill work, the opportunity will be there. That's the hills part.
