Monday Healing Meditation (In-Person)

Start your week off right every Monday at Learning Light!

This guided Healing Meditation will be channeled by Reiki Master, Joseph Moreno. During the meditation he will be moving around each individual channeling Reiki, chanting Sanskrit healing mantras. As well as using sonic healing vibrations like Tibetan bowls and tuning forks, for balancing the auric field. Joseph will also guide us through a grounding ritual with Mother Earth’s healing vibrations using drums and rattle to deepen our connection with her nurturing love.
